Delivery

Everything you need to know

There will be a delivery charge of £29 to anywhere within mainland Britain except AB, DD, FK, IV, KW, KY, PA and PH postcodes where there will be a surcharge which will be added at checkout. We do not make a profit on delivery costs.
Some items can be delivered to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland for a surcharge of £59 in addition to the £29 delivery fee.
Some items can be delivered to the Isle of Wight for a surcharge of £34 in addition to the £29 delivery fee.
Please contact us if you would like to see if your order is eligible. For items that are not eligible for delivery we will deliver to a nominated GB address e.g. a port. Onward shipping from that point is the responsibility of the customer.
For delivery to Isle of Man, Scottish Islands and Channel Islands we will deliver to a nominated mainland GB address e.g. a port. Onward shipping from that point is the responsibility of the customer.

After placing your order, you will be contacted to arrange a delivery date that is best for you. Or, if you have already chosen a ‘day of choice’ then you will receive a text the evening before delivery with your 2-3 hour delivery timeslot.
We provide a two-man, white glove delivery service
Marble Tables, Ceramic Tables and Extending Glass Tables will be delivered to the ground floor only with free assembly on these tables.
Please note: Ground floor only deliveries will be delivered to the street-level ground floor of the property only with no steps leading up to the property. Please contact us before placing an order for further information.
Please note: some of the lighter Marble, Ceramic and Extending Glass Tables are not included as part of the free assembly service. Please check the product listings before placing an order for assembly details.
Our standard delivery service is Monday to Friday. Saturday delivery, or a guaranteed time slot on a weekday (7am-12pm, 12pm-5pm, 5pm-9pm) can be available for a small supplement, depending on the item and area for delivery. If you would prefer a Saturday/Guaranteed time slot please contact us before ordering.
Large items are transported directly to your home in specially equipped furniture vans and are carried into your hallway by trained furniture delivery staff. Please be aware that for some larger and/or heavier items, and for those products that are not dispatched from our central warehouse, we may only be able to offer ground floor delivery.
Deliveries will be made to a room of choice up to the 2nd floor. Any above the 2nd floor would need to be checked prior to delivery being booked as it could lead to a failed delivery and result in a £54 charge.
To ensure all deliveries of larger items are successful to the room of choice, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have measured the access into the property and into the required room of choice. Any delivery that fails as a result of access issues would be subject to a failed delivery charge.
In the event of any further lockdowns we will be offering a hallway delivery service to ensure the safety of our customers and delivery teams If you would prefer a doorstep delivery service please advise us 2 working days prior to delivery and we will ensure that the delivery team is aware of this.
Smaller items may be delivered by a parcel service. For multiple purchases, all items will generally be delivered together once every product within the order is available. However, there are occasions where it is necessary for us to make more than one delivery, which is solely dependent on the supplier/ manufacturer and stock availability.
For bulk orders of more than 3 items an additional delivery charge may be applicable. Please contact for more details.
All of our products (including those the customer has chosen a designated day to be delivered, and those with longer lead times) will be delivered between the hours of 7.00am and 9.00pm. A 2-3 hour timeslot will be sent via text or email the evening before the delivery.
Any assembly required that is mentioned on the product page listings would be the responsibility of the customer with exception of large marble, ceramic and extending glass tables.
All deliveries require a signature by an adult over the age of 18. Where a delivery date has been agreed with our carrier, but the customer isn’t present to receive the delivery, or we fail to receive a signature, we reserve the right to charge the customer a minimum of £54 (£45 plus VAT) to cover part of the cost of the failed delivery.
Next Day Delivery, Select Day Delivery and 48hr Delivery is only available on a weekday (excluding bank holidays) to addresses in England ONLY. NOT Scotland, Wales, Ireland, Isle of Wight, and remote areas of Cornwall. Standard delivery is available to these areas.
Deliveries to Scotland, Isle of Wight, Ireland, and remote areas of Cornwall and Wales can take longer than specified on the site. Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery. For marble, ceramic and larger glass tables please allow up to 4 weeks. For an estimated delivery time frame please call us on 0208 338 7610 before you place your order.
Order totals are calculated based on the value of the items purchased and will exclude additional extras such as Furniture Shield Protection Plan and delivery surcharges
Generally, where an order contains more than one item, all items will be delivered at the same time, once all items are available. However, there are occasions where it is necessary for us to make more than one delivery which is solely dependent on the supplier/manufacturer and stock availability
*Christmas Delivery. We will always try to deliver your goods as soon as possible but please be aware that products purchased with a pre-Christmas delivery label is compromised by weather conditions or extreme circumstances outside of our control such as shipping delays. The Seller shall not be liable for any delay in delivery howsoever caused. We will always endeavour to re-arrange a new delivery for the nearest available delivery slot.
*Pre-Christmas delivery is no longer guaranteed for deliveries to Scotland, Isle of Wight, Ireland and remote areas of Cornwall and Wales.
